DevTeam Co., Ltd. provides the following products and services:

  • Premium source code packages (web tools, admin panels, starter kits, etc.)

  • Optional installation or customization services

  • Browser-based free utility tools (not downloadable)

All products and services are digital in nature, designed for software developers and technical users.

3. Customer Responsibilities
By using or purchasing our products, customers agree to the following:

  • Provide accurate information necessary for order processing

  • (If installation service is not purchased) Possess the technical ability to use the product

  • Use products within the scope of the selected license

  • Not redistribute, resell, or sublicense products without our permission

Customers may sign up or log in using email, Google, or GitHub. Project inquiries and communications are strictly private and never disclosed publicly.

4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways (e.g., Toss) and must be paid in full before product access or service initiation.
Digital products are non-refundable once accessed, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
Installation or customization services are billed separately and may require additional time for completion.

5. License & Intellectual Property
Source code is provided under license, not sold. Each product page specifies its license terms.
DevTeam Co., Ltd. retains intellectual property rights to frameworks, libraries, and proprietary components unless otherwise agreed.
Usage is limited to the selected license type (e.g., Standard, Extended, Ownership).
With customer consent, we may display certain customized projects in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality
All personal or project-related information provided for customization services is kept strictly confidential.
We will not disclose or share customer information with third parties except where required by law.

7. Disclaimer
All products and services are provided “as is.”
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, or business interruption caused by product usage.
Customers are responsible for testing and deploying products in their own environments.

Unauthorized resale or redistribution may result in legal action.
